SSCS operates an in-house 24-hour call center and service web portal. This allows our clients to input a real-time request assured that a highly trained operator located in the United States will dispatch their service request quickly and correctly.
The client-SSCS partnership is paramount to our success. We work very closely with our client's staff to ensure alignment. We encourage interactive service review meetings in which improvement and refinement are discussed. One of our strengths is our ability to adapt to our client's evolving needs and requirements.
SSCS takes an aggressive approach in holding spare components to support our client's data centers. SSCS analyzes each location and all contracted equipment to ensure that we have the recommended spare components within the SLA radius. Our goal is to resolve all service requests on the first trip.
